By accessing or using the Triple Point Trading Platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Description of Service

Triple Point provides financial analysis tools combining CAPE Ratio analysis, Piotroski F-Score, and Point & Figure charting. The Platform generates trading signals and analysis based on publicly available financial data. We are a financial analysis software provider, not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

3. Important Disclaimers

THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY TRIPLE POINT IS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS INVESTMENT ADVICE, RECOMMENDATIONS, OR SOLICITATIONS TO BUY OR SELL ANY SECURITIES.

  • Past performance is not indicative of future results
  • All investments involve risk, including the loss of principal
  • Trading signals are algorithmic outputs and not personalized investment advice
  • You should consult with qualified financial professionals before making investment decisions
  • Backtested results are hypothetical and do not represent actual trading

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account
  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform
  • Not use the Platform to distribute malware or engage in unauthorized access

5. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.

Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial, but you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support for assistance.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Triple Point and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIPLE POINT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Triple Point and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We may suspend or terminate access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons without prior notice.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
